Hon Speaker Annitah Amongi expressed her excitement as she returned to her official duties today after being on leave for some time. She was warmly welcomed by her colleagues and staff in the August House, and she felt grateful for their support and love during her absence.

Annitah Amongi also expressed her gratitude to everyone who prayed for her and showed their love and care during this period. She acknowledged the blessings bestowed upon her by the Almighty, as she and her partner were blessed with lovely twins during her time away on leave.

The Hon Speaker also took the opportunity to thank her good brother, Rt. Hon Tayebwa, for efficiently and firmly holding fort in her absence. She appreciated his dedication and commitment to serving their constituents and maintaining the smooth functioning of their responsibilities.

Lastly, Annitah Amongi wished for the continued blessings from the Almighty God to be bestowed upon all her colleagues, staff, and her good brother. She hoped that they would receive abundant blessings as they continue their work in service to the people.

Overall, the Hon Speaker Annitah Amongi's return to official duties was marked with joy and gratitude, as she expressed her appreciation for the support and love she received during her leave and her confidence in her colleagues' and staff's abilities to carry out their responsibilities.

In interview with Rev.Kutesa informed us that this crusade was prepared as way of welcoming Rev.Canon Enos Kitto Kagodo in a great honour and in God's spirit on 1st October 2023. "The bishop was consecrated and enthroned as Bishop on 26th February 2023 at St. Philip's and Andrew's Cathedral Mukono." he said.
