A storm killed thousands of people and left multitude missing in Libya, people are in agony state calling for government intervention.

Floods are the most disastrous circumstances beyond one's control  in the country, war and lack of a central government have left it in fragments that was vulnerable to the intensive wars , according to United Nations Libya is developing environment strategy and this will help to overcome such circumstances.

On 19 March,a multi -state NATO-Led coalition began a military intervention in Libya to implement United Nations Security Council resolutions which ended leadership of Maummar Gaddafi, whereas this Left Libya divided and in a sorry state up to now.

 Derna city in the country’s east saw the most destruction, as large swaths riverside buildings vanished, washed away after two dams burst.

Hamad, heads the eastern administration, which is backed by powerful military commander Khalifa Hiftar.

Both governments and the eastern commander have separately pledged to help the rescue efforts in the flood-affected areas, but they have no record of successful co-operation.
